RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us for a full refund, except for the shipping fees.

RETURNS

The period for the consumer or user to exercise this right will be 14 calendar days, according to Romanian law OG34/2014., which will be computed from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer.

The costs generated by the return of the product will be paid by the buyer.

In accordance with the foregoing, the applicant accepts and makes use of the Right of Withdrawal as covered by current Romanian regulations.

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the product by the buyer. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with the sealed packaging box and all original tags and labels attached except faulty/damaged products.

What are the reasons for a return?

If you wish to return the order within 14 days of its receipt.

If the product is under warranty. If the product is defective.

If the product received(not the box) has damage caused by transportation.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS

After receiving the return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process the refund. Please allow 1 to 5 (five) days from the receipt of your item to inspect the product, after that, we will process your refund in a maximum of 5 working days. The entire inspection and refund process can take up to a maximum of 10 (ten) working days. Refunds may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Items cannot be returned if they are unsealed.

In the case of defective or damaged products, please get in touch with us at the contact details above to arrange for a refund.

The customer will receive a full refund for the product. Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded, except if the product is faulty in which case all costs, including shipping, will be refunded.

How long does it take to process a warranty claim?

The period for this process is generally from 1 to 5 working days, however we always do our best to accelerate the process.

What is the deadline for returns?

14 days If you have bought a product, received it but do not want it.
2 years if it is a product under warranty that does not work.
24 hours for transport damage.

How do I get my money back?

It will be returned to the same bank card you used to make the purchase. In case you paid the order Cash at the Delivery we will transfer the amount to your bank account, for this reason, you will need to provide us the necessary information.

Are there items that cannot be returned?

Yes, there are some products that cannot be returned. Products without their original packaging, which have been opened, or that do not have their original seal. Damaged or incomplete products may not be returned. Products not acquired in ProCondoms.com.

Can I make a change?

No. For all products received, either as returns or under the guarantee the payment is first processed, and after receiving the amount in your balance you may arrange another purchase.

How do I return two or more items from the same or different orders?

Add items from different orders or the same order and manage a single return.
